With over 25 years in wealth and asset management, Filippo has built a distinguished career advising HNWIs, family offices. As CEO of Crossinvest Zürich AG, he drives the firm’s growth with an international perspective while upholding its Swiss heritage.

Previously, he spent nearly 14 years as Managing Director at KTS Capital Management AG, overseeing family office operations and sophisticated investment strategies. Before that, he held senior roles at UBS Wealth Management and GAM Investments, specializing in UHNW client advisory and multi-asset management.

Filippo holds a Master’s in International Business from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Richmond, The American International University in London.

With over 30 years of experience in asset management and financial leadership, Claudio Pedrett is a seasoned expert in wealth management, investment strategies, and business development. As Managing Partner at Crossinvest Zürich AG, he plays a key role in shaping the firm's strategic direction and ensuring excellence in client service.

Before joining Crossinvest, Claudio spent over two decades leading Actieninvest, where he gained extensive expertise in asset management, investment advisory, financial structuring, and family office services. Before that, he spent more than 10 years at Credit Suisse Zurich and New York, specialising in portfolio management and securities trading.

Claudio holds an AZEK degree as certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager.

With over 18 years of experience in institutional asset management, treasury, private banking, business development, and strategy, Fagan is an experienced senior banker with a career spanning Azerbaijan, Russia, Austria and Switzerland.

Prior to joining Crossinvest in 2024, he played a key role in building and expanding the institutional business at Julius Baer from 2014 to 2022. He first served as Executive Director of the Julius Baer Investment Advisory GmbH before advancing to Executive Director, Head of Institutional Business, RCEE. Since 2022, he has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Blacktower Street Advisors GmbH, a Vienna-based institutional advisory firm.

At Crossinvest, Fagan is a Member of Senior Management and Head of Emerging Markets, leading strategic initiatives  to develop the Emerging Markets and Institutional Asset Management businesses.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and the Vienna University of Economics and Business, a Master’s degree in Finance from MAEL, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the "Azerbaijan" University.
